Your Work

We are so excited to be hiring a Head of Account Management to lead our Account Management team, focusing on coaching, developing and scaling our exceptional team of 8 Account Managers, covering both our mid-market and strategic accounts.

As the Head of Account Management, your responsibilities will be:

  • Hiring: attracting, hiring and onboarding superstar account managers to join our exceptional team
  • Team leadership and coaching: Developing our account management team to consistently deliver against their revenue targets and support them to have career growth
  • Driving practitioner retention & growth: Owning the team target and driving growth - ensuring the team maximize the potential of first time sales within their existing portfolios of practitioners
  • Process improvement: constantly finding ways to improve workflows, tools and reporting systems to enhance team productivity
  • Metrics & Reporting: working with data and analytics to understand team performance, and track & report on key performance indicators (e.g., NRR, churn, CSAT) to the leadership team
  • Building strong relationships with Practitioners: putting our practitioners at the forefront of everything you do, engaging with them regularly to deep dive into their needs, seeking to highlight value and return on investment using GetHarley

  • Possess strong numeracy skills, with an analytical mindset - able to lead on spreadsheets, dashboards and accurate forecasting
  • A track record of success within a startup or scale-up and thrives in a fast paced environment
  • Are a collaborative team player and enjoy working cross functionally
  • Sharp attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks seamlessly
  • An exceptional work ethic and the desire to make a difference
