Job Description:

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for solving complex client challenges? My client is looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead their high-performing Customer Success team and help drive success for some of the biggest names in advertising.

You’ll play a critical role as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal stakeholders—helping Hold Co and Independent agencies unlock the full value of solutions my client offers. If you're passionate about client success, fluent in advertising tech, and ready to make a measurable impact, I’d like to hear from you.

The Role

  • Client Strategy & Consultation: Lead strategic discussions during pre-sales and sales cycles. Understand client goals working in collaboration with the sales team to offer tailored recommendations that drive performance.
  • Advertiser Renewals: Own the media plan and RFP process in partnership with cross-functional teams—streamlining workflows and driving renewal success.
  • Presentations that Wow: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that clearly communicate the value and benefits of our solutions, tailored to meet specific client needs.
  • Custom-Fit Solutions: Work closely with clients to understand technical requirements and deliver bespoke solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across Customer Success, OpsFeasibility, Product, Marketing, and more to ensure best-in-class delivery.
  • Training & Enablement: Simplify complex technical information into relatable, digestible information for both clients and internal teams.
  • Market Intelligence: Keep up to date on industry trends, competitive insights, and emerging technologies to contribute valuable insights that inform/educate our customers and roadmap.

About You

  • 5+ years as an Account Manager with experience leading a team with Ad Tech
  • Strong programmatic experience within CTV and Video
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical skills with a talent for turning data into insight
  • Exceptional client management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-starter environment with superior customer support skills managing Tier 1 brands
  • Confident communication and influencing abilities, both written and verbal
