Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities include |

  • Creating a caring and supportive environment, celebrating successes, nurturing talent, and role modeling a coaching culture.
  • Ensuring an excellent guest experience by maintaining high standards for food quality and safety, and equipping your team with necessary skills.
  • Managing kitchen standards, including health and safety, financial performance, stock control, and labor costs.

  • Solving problems proactively and making quick, effective decisions.
