Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

What You Bring |

  • Ability to create a positive, caring environment, nurturing talent and role modeling a coaching culture.
  • Dedication to providing an exceptional guest experience, ensuring high standards in dish preparation.
  • Experience in maintaining food, health, and safety standards, understanding financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
  • A focus on building a coaching culture, working with your Head Chef on recruitment and development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to make quick decisions and think proactively.
