The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

• Experience leading a kitchen team, driving performance through positive behavior in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, capable of having considerate and caring conversations with your team.
• Knowledge of food, health, and safety standards, with an understanding of financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Ability to foster a coaching culture, working with the Head Chef on recruitment and development.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions.
