Job summary

Bespoke Hotels is seeking a Head Housekeeper for the Arrochar Hotel. You will lead the housekeeping team, ensure rooms meet the highest standards, manage linen stock and coordinate with the laundry and maintenance teams to uphold safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Requirements:

The ideal person will have strong experience, ideally at least 1-2 years in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, that is reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing team.

Main duties will include:

1. Managing, motivating and leading the housekeeping team to ensure the highest cleaning standards are met, with a keen attention to detail.
2. Making sure the rooms are ready for the guests to check in and have been serviced up to the company standard.
3. Managing and controlling the linen stock and leasing with laundry company when needed.
4. Maintaining stock for cleaning material and placing orders accordingly.
5. To be accountable for the financial performance of the department against budgets.
6. Liaise with maintenance to ensure that the physical conditions of all areas under the Housekeeping control are properly maintained.
7. Ensure all heath and safety, fire safety, security and COSSH regulations are adhered to whilst ensuring all records are up to date.
8. To supervise, train and motivate team to achieve Company Standards, and also to comply with relevant legislation.
9. Provide excellent customer service and ensure all staff members are courteous and helpful towards.
