Bespoke Hotels is seeking a Head Housekeeper for the Arrochar Hotel. You will lead the housekeeping team, ensure rooms meet the highest standards, manage linen stock and coordinate with the laundry and maintenance teams to uphold safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Lead housekeeping team to meet high cleaning standards and attention to detail.
• Ensure rooms are ready for check-in and serviced to standard.
• Manage linen stock and liaise with laundry company as needed.
• Maintain stock for cleaning materials and place orders.
• Be accountable for department financial performance against budgets.
• Coordinate with maintenance to keep areas in good condition.
• Ensure health and safety, fire safety, security and COSHH records are up to date.
• Supervise, train and motivate staff to meet company standards and legal requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure staff are courteous.
