Our ideal requirements for the suitable person to fill this position would possess outstanding team management skills, strong knowledge of HR practices and a good financial acumen. At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position is required along with knowledge of rooms management and food and beverage operations.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading a team to achieve performance and operational targets. This is a small team and therefore a hands‑on approach to operations is essential.
