• Experience in housekeeping operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Improve productivity and efficiency of room cleaning.
• Analyze guest data to plan resources and materials to meet operations.
• Maintain strong relationships with GM, Exec Housekeeper, hotel team and suppliers.
• Identify ways to improve Guest Satisfaction.
• Adhere to Health and Safety policy and keep areas tidy and safe.
• Recruit, train, manage and monitor team performance daily/weekly.
• Deliver and exceed financial targets.
• Manage expenditure and payroll to meet budgets.
• Participate in training to improve skills and performance.
• Resolve routine on-the-job challenges.
