Job summary

Moxy Chester, Boughton, Chester, CH3 5BS is seeking a Head Housekeeper and will report to the Area Manager to support the day-to-day running of the housekeeping department. You will lead the team to deliver high guest satisfaction and ensure flawless service across shifts.

The role offers a £34,000 annual rate with guaranteed hours per week. WGC provides a training budget up to £10,000 per year and an extensive benefits package including life insurance, pension and wellbeing support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the housekeeping team on a daily/weekly basis
• Drive improvements in productivity and ensure high standards of cleanliness
• Maintain relationships with GM, hotel team, suppliers and ensure clear communication of best practices
• Deliver and exceed financial targets and manage payroll to hit budgets
• Ensure adherence to Health and Safety policies and COSHH/Manual Handling
• Support training, development and performance monitoring of staff
