Moxy Chester, Boughton, Chester, CH3 5BS, is seeking a Head Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping team and report to the Area Manager. You will oversee daily operations, manage staffing, and ensure guest rooms meet our high standards.

The role offers a fixed-hours contract, a generous training budget of up to £10,000 per year, life insurance and pension, plus discounted travel and retail benefits. Salary is £34,000 per year with progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily housekeeping operations.
• Coordinate with GM, Exec Housekeeper and Hotel Team to implement best practices.
• Recruit, train, manage and monitor team performance daily/weekly.
• Deliver and exceed financial targets and manage payroll within budgets.
• Analyse guest data to plan resources and materials for operations.
• Identify ways to improve Guest Satisfaction and adherence to Health and Safety policies.
