Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading housekeeping teams in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety requirements.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and drive guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health & Safety requirements are met in the HSKP department.
• Support the team to achieve KPIs and departmental targets.
• Collaborate with the wider hotel team to meet strategic objectives.
• Develop training and succession plans to grow the team.
• Lead day-to-day housekeeping operations to deliver a spotless, guest-ready environment.
