Job summary

Leonardo Hotels in Bradford is seeking a proactive Head Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping team and drive excellent guest experiences. You will direct day-to-day operations, ensure health and safety compliance, and work closely with other hotel departments to uphold brand standards.

The role calls for inspiring leadership, training and succession planning, and a passion for delivering memorable moments for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience leading housekeeping teams in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Support the team to achieve KPIs and departmental targets.
