Leonardo Hotel Bradford is seeking a proactive Head Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping team, uphold health and safety standards, and drive guest satisfaction across the Bradford property. You will partner with other departments to achieve hotel objectives, while developing staff through training and succession planning.

The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping management within hospitality.
• Solid knowledge of health & safety standards and procedures.
• Ability to train and develop staff and drive performance.
• Excellent collaboration with hotel teams to deliver guest excellence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the Housekeeping department meets all Health & Safety requirements.
• Ensure that KPIs are met and support your team to achieve these.
• Collaborate with the wider hotel team to meet the hotel’s strategic objectives.
• Think about the future by creating training and succession plans.
