Care UK is seeking a Head Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping team in our care home, ensuring exceptional cleaning, hygiene, and laundry standards. You will actively develop the team, understand residents’ needs, and participate in resident/relative meetings. Strong rota and budget management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a housekeeping team in a care setting or similar.
• Ability to maintain high cleaning and hygiene standards across the home.
• Experience with rota planning and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the housekeeping team and oversee duties.
• Maintain a high standard of cleaning and hygiene within the home.
• Supervise your team and actively encourage their development.
• Understand residents needs and ensure these are being met.
