Care UK is seeking a Head Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping team and uphold the highest cleaning and hygiene standards within the home. The role involves supervising staff, developing team members, and understanding residents' needs to ensure exceptional care.

• Experience leading a care home team and managing cleaning/hygiene to high standards.
• Ability to supervise and develop staff within a home setting.
• Understanding residents' needs and ensuring these are met; attending resident/relative meetings.
