Qualificações

• Experience of housekeeping in a care home, hospital or hotel environment is advantageous.
• We\'ll look for a proven ability to lead and inspire a team and actively participate in day-to-day cleaning.
• A caring nature and good communication skills are important when interacting with residents, relatives and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate the housekeeping team to maintain high cleanliness standards across the home.
• Take a hands-on role in daily cleaning alongside the team.
