Job summary

The Inn Collection Group is looking for a dedicated Housekeeper at The Waterhead Inn in Ambleside. You will help maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort, ensuring rooms and public spaces are pristine for guests and visitors.

You will work closely with a friendly team, follow safety guidelines, and balance housekeeping duties with a positive, guest-focused approach. Accommodation for colleagues is offered where available.

Qualifications

• Friendly and detail-oriented; able to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms to high standards.
• Keep public areas welcoming and tidy.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Manage linen, towels and room supplies inventory.

Your duties will include cleaning rooms toour high standards, ensuring public areas are clean and welcoming, and promptlyreporting maintenance issues. You’ll follow safety guidelines, work to creatememorable visits for our guests and manage your stocks of linen, towels, androom supplies effectively.
