Inn Collection Group in Northallerton is seeking a Head Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping team in a cosy Georgian pub with rooms. You will ensure a spotless, welcoming environment and respond promptly to guest requests.

You will oversee room and public areas cleaning, manage linen and supplies, train staff, report maintenance, and collaborate with the General Manager to maintain high standards and smooth operations.

You’ll Fit Right Inn

As Head Housekeeper, you’ll bring your friendly, detail-oriented nature to the role, ensuring a spotless, welcoming environment. Calm under pressure, you’ll exceed guest expectations by reacting promptly to requests and maintaining high standards throughout.

As part of the Housekeeping team, you’ll guide with professionalism, punctuality, and a keen eye for detail. Your duties will include overseeing the cleaning of rooms and public areas, promptly reporting maintenance issues, managing linen and supplies, and training new and existing staff. You’ll follow safety guidelines, work closely with the team to create memorable visits, and provide regular updates to the General Manager to ensure smooth operations.
