Leonardo Hotel Middlesbrough is seeking a Head Chef to lead the Kitchen department, designing menus, controlling costs and driving the guest experience. You will mentor a talented team, collaborate with other hotel departments and act as an ambassador for the Leonardo Hotels estate while delivering on company service standards.
