Job summary

Leonardo Hotels is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at one of our UK hotels. You will direct strategic kitchen initiatives, design menus, and manage day-to-day operations to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You will balance creativity with costs, nurture talent, and drive revenue while upholding brand standards across the property. The role offers progression through our Senior Chef Programme and a strong focus on teamwork and guest care.
