As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be a leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support coaching and development, drive restaurant performance, and ensure excellent results.

• Experience leading a kitchen team, driving performance in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, with genuine conversations and support for your team
• Experience maintaining food, health, and safety standards
• Understanding of kitchen financials, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
• Ability to build a coaching culture, recruitment, and ongoing development
