Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development, drive restaurant performance, and deliver excellent results.

What You Bring:

  • Ability to create a caring and supportive environment, nurturing talent and role modeling a coaching culture.
  • Dedication to delivering an exceptional guest experience, ensuring high standards in dish preparation.
  • Experience in maintaining spotless food, health, and safety standards, understanding kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • A focus on building a coaching culture, working with the Head Chef on recruitment and development, and fostering personal and professional growth.
  • A proactive problem solver, able to make quick decisions on your feet.

  • Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and support your team.
