Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

What You Need To Do:

  • Foster a positive environment where your team feels valued and supported, celebrating successes and nurturing talent.
  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards in dish preparation and team skills.
  • Maintain impeccable food safety, health standards, and understand financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Build a coaching culture, working with your Head Chef to recruit and develop your team.
  • Be a proactive problem solver, capable of quick decision-making.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a caring approach.
  • Proven ability to maintain high standards in food safety and hygiene.
  • Financial acumen in managing kitchen performance, GP, and stock control.
  • Ability to manage labor costs and adapt to changing demands.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire and engage teams.
  • Commitment to creating an inclusive and respectful environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
