Great Scotland Yard Hotel, part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, seeks a Head Concierge to lead the Concierge and Door Host teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences in central London. You will offer personalised recommendations, arrange bespoke experiences, and build strong relationships with luxury partners to enhance guest satisfaction.

You are an established concierge professional with extensive destination knowledge, a strong network, and a passion for world-class service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a concierge leader in a luxury hotel.
• Extensive knowledge of London hospitality and leisure market.
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
• Proactive, detail oriented and able to build relationships with guests and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead Concierge and Door Host teams to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Provide personalised recommendations and arrange experiences, transport, dining and city activities.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services and local attractions to promote revenue opportunities.
• Develop relationships with luxury providers to secure exclusive experiences for guests.
• Support Front Office during peak periods and ensure effective guest engagement and service recovery.
• Oversee VIP arrivals, departures and special requests.
• Coach and develop the team through training and feedback.
• Monitor guest feedback to continually enhance the guest experience.
