Job summary

Great Scotland Yard Hotel, part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Front of House with a focus on seamless, personalised guest experiences in a luxury setting.

You will oversee Front Office, Concierge and Guest Experience, drive service excellence, develop your team and collaborate with Housekeeping to maintain the hotel’s iconic standards in central London.

Qualifications

• Experience in a premium or luxury hotel environment.
• Proven ability to lead front-of-house teams and deliver personalised service.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction, initiative and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office, Concierge and Guest Experience functions.
• Ensure seamless guest journeys from arrival to departure.
• Drive service excellence and maintain high presentation standards.
