You will be the friendly first point of contact for residents and guests, delivering a seamless front‑of‑house service from the reception desk and around the development. You’ll coordinate deliveries, manage keys and contractors, maintain immaculate communal areas and keep clear records, all while handling queries efficiently and professionally. Every day, you’ll ensure the building feels safe, welcoming and well‑run.
