Job summary

Park Plaza London Riverbank is seeking an Assistant Head Concierge to support the Head Concierge and ensure five-star service for guests. You will greet guests, coordinate concierge services, and help arrange local recommendations for activities and transport.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Head Concierge or Concierge in a hotel.
• Good command of English and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to provide five-star personalised service and manage guest requests.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Concierge and represent the department in their absence.
• Arrange concierge services and provide information about local events and activities.
• Coordinate luggage assistance and car services for guests and VIPs.
• Ensure personalised five-star service for all guests and monitor daily arrivals.
