Park Plaza is seeking a Concierge to welcome guests and support the Head Concierge, delivering personalised five-star service and seamless information and assistance for local activities, luggage, and transport.

You will connect with guests with a professional, caring attitude, handling requests promptly and maintaining excellent English communication with the team and visitors.

• Experience as Concierge in a hotel.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and recommendations about local events and activities, luggage assistance, or car services.
• Arrange concierge services and ensure personalised five-star service for guests and clients.
• Be aware of daily arrivals, including regular guests and VIPs, and assist accordingly.
• Collaborate with the Head Concierge when required and represent the department in their absence.
