Role: Head Coach / Assistant Manager - A fantastic fitness industry job

We are the largest privately owned F45 group now in the UK and Europe. We are recruiting for a global fitness company specialising in community driven, innovative, high-intensity group workouts that are fast, fun, and results-driven. We are looking for a team-oriented, ambitious, energetic, motivating, knowledgeable, charismatic Head Coach to join our team. The Head Coach will play a vital role in coaching classes, managing a team of coaches, and delivering an exceptional experience to the community by ensuring the studio and workout standards are always maintained at the highest level.

This person will also work alongside the Owner/Studio Manager to develop creative strategies to attract more clients, enhance brand awareness in North London, and participate in community events for prospective and current members. This role is ideal for someone energetic, enthusiastic, passionate about coaching and working with people. Excellent verbal communication and team leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to overcome objections and roadblocks. This role suits someone with an owner's mentality and ambition to develop their career within a vibrant studio community.

Responsibilities:

• Coaching a minimum of 20 classes per week.
• Managing and developing a team of Coaches to ensure classes are delivered at the highest standards. Responsible for onboarding new team members.
• Maintaining excellent operational standards within the studio (workouts, rotas, class cover, studio cleanliness, team training).
• Delivering outstanding member service and representing the brand’s high standards.
• Assisting the Studio Manager in achieving and surpassing studio targets.
• Leading by example and fostering a strong membership community.
• Ensuring health and safety procedures are always followed.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in a high-end boutique group fitness environment is desirable but not essential (a passion for fitness is a must!).
• Studio management or Head Trainer experience.
• Member-centric attitude, passionate about people and their importance to the business.
• People management and team leadership experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Level 3 Personal Training Qualification.
• Multiple years of sales experience is a plus.
• An owner's mentality.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet goals in a fast-paced environment.
• IT proficiency.
• Flexible with shifts, able to support opening/closing and weekend hours as required.
