Job summary

BaxterStorey is seeking a Head Chef for the Eynsham site near Oxford. The role runs Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:30, 40 hours per week, with on-site parking and a salary up to £36,000.

This is a hands-on senior kitchen leadership position focused on delivering exceptional food and service, developing the team, and maintaining high standards with a strong emphasis on cost control and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Chef or similar role.
• Demonstrates ability to lead and train a team.
• Financially astute with budgeting and commercial drive.
• Excellent coaching, delegation and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
