BaxterStorey is seeking a talented Head Chef in Eynsham, Oxfordshire to lead and inspire a culinary team in a vibrant workplace. This role focuses on delivering exceptional food standards and a culture of excellence.

Enjoy a generous package up to £36,000 per year, 28 days holiday including bank holidays, birthday leave, free meals on shift, and comprehensive training. Monday to Friday schedule with on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Chef or similar role.
• Passion for food and creating experiences.
• Experience in managing, training and supporting a team.
• Financially astute with budgeting and commercial focus.
• Excellent coaching, delegation and influencing skills.
• Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous organisational abilities and attention to detail.
