BaxterStorey is seeking a collaborative Head Chef to join our team in Eynsham. You will lead kitchen operations, mentor a team, and deliver exceptional standards while upholding food safety and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Chef or similar role.
• Obsession for food and creating experiences.
• Experience in managing, training, and supporting a team is essential.
• Financially astute with budgeting and driving commercial performance.
• Excellent coaching, delegation and influencing skills.
• Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication.
• Solution-oriented mindset for challenges and opportunities.
