Job summary

BaxterStorey in Bristol is seeking a Head Chef for Monday to Friday, day times only, offering up to £33,000 per year. This full-time permanent role provides the chance to lead a team, manage budgets, and deliver exceptional service without weekend shifts.

You will oversee daily kitchen operations, mentor staff, maintain rigorous food standards, and collaborate with clients to ensure a superb hospitality experience. Training and development are central to the role.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef or Head Chef or similar role.
• Ability to lead and develop a kitchen team.
• Strong focus on food quality and customer satisfaction.
