This senior appointment carries complete responsibility for the kitchen. The successful candidate directs the brigade, oversees ordering and stock control, holds food cost and gross profit targets, and maintains standards throughout.

Working patterns typically include evenings, weekends, and split shifts across a five-day rota.

An experienced Head Chef is required for an established business in East Lothian. This is a senior role with full responsibility for the kitchen. The Head Chef will lead the brigade, manage ordering and stock control, hold food cost and gross profit, and take ownership of standards across the kitchen. It suits an experienced Head Chef, or a strong Senior Sous already operating at a quality level who is ready to lead their own kitchen.
