H&C Solutions is seeking a Head Chef for a new premium restaurant opening in Scotland. The role focuses on Japanese and Chinese-inspired cuisine, with a strong emphasis on menu development, technical cooking, and theatrical presentation.

You will lead a kitchen team and help shape the final culinary direction ahead of the launch. The compensation includes £80,000–£90,000 per year plus approximately £8,000 tron, with temporary accommodation available during the initial months.
