Job Description

• Manage a team including Sous, CDP, and KP to deliver consistency
• Located near Hoxtons, delivering Retail, Hospitality & Events within a bustling kitchen
• Lead, inspire, collaborate, and support your team to uphold exceptional standards
• Build positive, credible, and collaborative relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Develop your team through mentoring, training, recognition, and empowerment
• Create a culture of excellence, pushing boundaries through caring service, high food standards, and innovation
• Achieve key KPIs including Health and Safety, Sustainability, Financial, and Governance

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role
• Passion for food and creating memorable experiences
• Experience in managing, training, and supporting a team
• Financial acumen to create and maintain budgets and drive performance
• Excellent coaching, delegation, and influencing skills
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, creative environment
