Job summary

Mitchells & Butler s PLC is seeking a Head Chef for the Fish & Eels within the Vintage Inns collection. You will lead a kitchen, inspire your team, and maintain the highest standards of food quality for a welcoming guest experience.

Join us at Vintage Inns, with optional onsite accommodation, pension, generous holiday allowance and employee perks. You will manage ordering, stock control and health & hygiene compliance while driving sales and guest satisfaction.

As Head Chef at the Fish & Eels you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard.

Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more
