Job summary

Mitchells & Butler s Leisure Retail Limited, home to Vintage Inns, seeks a Head Chef for the March Hare to lead the kitchen and create a kitchen you can be proud of. You’ll inspire your team and drive the passion that keeps guests coming back for more.

As Head Chef you’ll manage food ordering, prep and stock control, work with a branded menu, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards. You’ll also champion guest satisfaction and sales growth.

• Experience leading a kitchen and inspiring a team to deliver high-quality food.

As Head Chef at the March Hare you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more
