Tickled Trout, part of Vintage Inns by Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking a Head Chef to lead a kitchen that prides itself on high standards and inspires your team to excel every service.

You’ll manage all kitchen operations, work with a branded menu, train and develop staff, drive sales and guest satisfaction, and ensure health and hygiene compliance to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Join a supportive team with great benefits and career progression.

As Head Chef at the Tickled Trout you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You'll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you'll keep our guests coming back for more
