Job summary

The Rowbarge, part of Brunning & Price Limited, is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead a high-volume, premium fresh food kitchen. You will drive menu development, oversee kitchen operations, and maintain exceptional quality and presentation.

You will nurture a skilled team, manage stock, GP and labour, and partner with the pub manager to deliver outstanding dining experiences. Competitive package up to £50,000, profit share, and great benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as head chef or senior kitchen leadership in a high-volume, premium fresh-food environment.
• Ability to drive menus, lead a team, and maintain top quality and presentation.
