Marston’s PLC is seeking a Head Chef to lead and inspire the kitchen team in our pubs. You will drive food quality, hygiene, and service standards while delivering memorable guest experiences across our portfolio.

You will oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, develop and retain a motivated team, and work with the pub management group to ensure consistent, high-quality meals and a buzzing atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team is desirable.
