The Restaurant Group Ltd is seeking a Head Chef to lead a high-volume kitchen and drive exceptional dining experiences across our brands. The role requires early starts as the kitchen comes alive at 3 AM and a dynamic shift pattern that keeps the work environment vibrant.

You’ll maintain brand standards and food quality while collaborating with our renowned food team, playing a key part in sustaining the excellence TRG is known for across its ~300 restaurants and pubs in the UK.

Formación

• Experienced in the fast-paced world of high-volume restaurants.
• Familiarity with a variety of kitchen appliances, ensuring optimal utilisation and efficiency.
• In-depth knowledge of ingredients, food processes, and culinary techniques.
• Solid grasp of hospitality management.
• Pro at understanding Profit & Loss (P&L) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Understand the nitty-gritty of laws and regulations like Health and Safety and Licensing Laws.
• Excel in communication and leadership skills.
• Awesome at organising and multitasking.
• Willing to share your last 5 years of life’s journey and undergo a criminal record check.
