Job summary

The Restaurant Group Ltd is seeking a Head Chef to lead a high-volume kitchen, delivering exceptional dining experiences across our brands. You will drive quality, efficiency and brand standards from prep to service, while inspiring a busy team to perform at their best.

You will manage ingredients, culinary techniques and processes, ensuring strong hospitality leadership and compliance with health, safety and licensing requirements.

What we’re looking for in our Head Chef

• Experienced in the fast-paced world of high-volume restaurants.
• Familiarity with a variety of kitchen appliances, ensuring optimal utilisation and efficiency.
• In-depth knowledge of ingredients, food processes, and culinary techniques.
• Solid grasp of hospitality management.
• Pro at understanding Profit & Loss (P&L) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Understand the nitty-gritty of laws and regulations like Health and Safety and Licensing Laws.
• Excel in communication and leadership skills.
• Awesome at organising and multitasking.
• Plus, you're ready to share your last 5 years of life's journey, whether that's work, education, or personal experiences, and you're okay with a criminal record check.
