The Restaurant Group (TRG) is seeking a Head Chef in Birmingham to lead a high-volume kitchen that starts as early as 3 AM. You will drive brand standards, recipe execution, and guest satisfaction across fast-paced service.

What we're looking for in our Head Chef...

• Experienced in the fast-paced world of high-volume restaurants.
• Familiarity with a variety of kitchen appliances, ensuring optimal utilisation and efficiency.
• In-depth knowledge of ingredients, food processes, and culinary techniques.
• Solid grasp of hospitality management.
• Pro at understanding Profit & Loss (P&L) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Understand the nitty-gritty of laws and regulations like Health and Safety and Licensing Laws.
• Excel in communication and leadership skills.
• Awesome at organising and multitasking.
• Plus, you're ready to share your last 5 years of life's journey, whether that's work, education, or personal experiences, and you're okay with a criminal record check.
