Job summary

TRGC is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen, starting as early as 3 AM, and drive exceptional dining experiences across our brands in the UK. You will maintain brand standards, ensure top food quality, and collaborate with our renowned food team to sustain the level of excellence TRGC is known for.

The role requires experience in fast-paced, high-volume restaurants, strong leadership and a solid grasp of food processes, and knowledge of Health & Safety and Licensing Laws.

Qualifications

• Experience in the fast-paced world of high-volume restaurants.
• Strong grasp of ingredients, food processes and culinary techniques.
• Solid hospitality management know-how.
• Proficient in P&L and KPI monitoring.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and Licensing Laws.
