Job summary

TRGC is seeking a Head Chef to lead a fast-paced kitchen across multiple brands. You will ensure exceptional dining experiences, uphold brand standards, and drive food quality.

The role involves collaborating with an award-winning team and managing a busy operation from pre-service to service. Ideal candidates bring proven leadership in high-volume restaurants, strong understanding of P&L and KPIs, and a commitment to Health & Safety and licensing compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environments.
• Strong knowledge of ingredients, food processes and culinary techniques.
• Solid hospitality management understanding.
• Proficient in P&L and KPIs.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and Licensing laws.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

What we’re looking for in our Head Chef

• Experienced in the fast-paced world of high-volume restaurants.
• Familiarity with a variety of kitchen appliances, ensuring optimal utilisation and efficiency.
• In-depth knowledge of ingredients, food processes, and culinary techniques.
• Solid grasp of hospitality management.
• Pro at understanding Profit & Loss (P&L) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Understand the nitty-gritty of laws and regulations like Health and Safety and Licensing Laws.
• Excel in communication and leadership skills.
• Awesome at organising and multitasking.
• Plus, you're ready to share your last 5 years of life's journey, whether that's work, education, or personal experiences, and you're okay with a criminal record check.
