The Restaurant Group Ltd is seeking a Head Chef to lead our fast-paced, high-volume kitchen and deliver exceptional dining experiences across our brands. This role starts in the early morning hours, demanding leadership, brand standards, and a passion for quality.

You will manage a talented team, optimise food preparation, and collaborate with our renowned culinary operations to maintain excellence across menus and service. A strong chef with strategic insight will thrive in this environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced high-volume restaurant environments.
• Strong knowledge of ingredients, cooking techniques and food quality.
• Solid grasp of hospitality management and leadership.
• Proficient understanding of P&L and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

What we’re looking for in our Head Chef…

• Experienced in the fast-paced world of high-volume restaurants.
• Familiarity with a variety of kitchen appliances, ensuring optimal utilisation and efficiency.
• In-depth knowledge of ingredients, food processes, and culinary techniques.
• Solid grasp of hospitality management.
• Pro at understanding Profit & Loss (P&L) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Understand the nitty-gritty of laws and regulations like Health and Safety and Licensing Laws.
• Excel in communication and leadership skills.
• Awesome at organising and multitasking.
• Plus, you're ready to share your last 5 years of life's journey, whether that's work, education, or personal experiences, and you're okay with a criminal record check.
