Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking a Head Chef to lead a pub kitchen, raise the bar, and set standards across the team. You will grow and retain a motivated kitchen crew and progress within a pub portfolio nationwide.

This role requires previous Head Chef or Kitchen Manager experience, or readiness to step up from a Sous/Second Chef position, with a focus on food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction across multiple sites.

• Experience in a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager role, or ready to step up from Sous/Second Chef.

• Ensure all food and hygiene standards are consistently met.
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to create a buzz in your kitchen.
