Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking a Head Chef to lead a kitchen team across our pubs. You’ll raise the bar, set standards and create memorable experiences for guests, while managing food quality, hygiene and service speed.

You’ll be part of the pub management team, with opportunities to grow your career through internal pathways and app-based training, and access staff benefits including a bonus and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Kitchen Manager/ Head Chef role or be ready to step up from a Sous/ Second Chef position.
• Ensure all food and hygiene standards are consistently met.
• Maintain clear communication with your kitchen and wider pub team.
